E-prescribing has the potential to reduce adverse drug events, lower drug costs and save time in the practice and pharmacy .after reviwing the work flow Assessment for Health IT tool kit by AAHQ,I identified three different concepts that will help to redesign the workflow in my hospital.This includes,survey,pobservation,and flow chart. Survey-first, I would conduct number surveys to evaluate the readiness of the individuals involved in the e precriptions .survey is ameans of collecting data from a targeted group.Survey is also known as e-survey or questionarie.The purpose of survey includes,elicting opionions,behavior or knowledge in relation to their needs or satisfactions.the surveys can be used to evaluate the readiness or to evaluate the success of a change that is alreay implemented.First I would conduct a number of surveys to evaluate the readinessd of the individual involved in this process by using questionaries .if they are not ready to adopt the new implementation,it is advisable to to postpone the intervention.
