For your course project work this week, consider what you have learned about collecting and analyzing diagnostic information.  Use that knowledge to complete the second milestone of your course project.

Use the selected organization and problem identified earlier in the course and determine which one or more of the diagnostic tools would be useful in collecting the organization data needed to plan a major change effort.  Describe what data you would collect and the method(s) for doing so.  Collect the data if possible.
